In the area of bar graph displays we have a large spectrum of different interfaces, bus controllers and analog interfaces:

Programming

A simple, user friendly programming of the operating parameters of each digital display allows a trouble free adoption of the bar graph display to the customer specific application. The many possibilities to modify the settings of each display is easy to use due to the menu-driven parameterization, without having to use a special software. We are the manufacturer and supplier of digital displays with many years of experience this allows us to be extremely flexible and efficient during initial operations.

Display technology

Depending upon the application, the bar graph display is available in different bar graph or background lighting:

Housing system and power supply

All digital displays of this product group are in robust, closed, plastic framed enclosures; for front plate mounting in common housing with measurements 48 x 24 mm, 72 x 24 mm, 96 x 24 mm and 96 x 48 mm up till 192 x 96 mm. In addition we have housing with special formats with the front housing measuring 144 x 36 mm.

Also available are modifications with large bar graph and character elements, at low cost. Naturally as a standard, the power supply for bar graph displays with analog inputs are potentially separay transferred from the measuring input switch.

The extremely bright LED display improves the capability to read the display even during periods of direct sunlight. Super bright LED have the capability to change brightness automatically which allows the display to be read regardless of present light conditions.

As an alternative to the widely used red color, displays are also available in green, yellow, white or blue, with short delivery availability.

Housing system and power supply

All information system of this product group are in closed robust, aluminum housing, for front plate mounting, in a stable sheet metal, wall mounting frame or aluminum wall mounted frame. The housing system of the large scale production are powder coated RAL9005. Other colors and/or housing systems are available for special customer requirements.

The power supply of all electronic digital displays are transferred isolated from the input signal switch.

Interfaces and programming

The transfer of information to a weight display over a variation of serial interfaces in a large numeric display is possible over a laptop with a user friendly configuration software and an included cable for simple parameterization. Also it is necessary to have a serial Sub-D or USB interface. The accompanying software clearly shows the user the operating parameters of the display, which allows fast and easy operation of the weighing display.

Profibus products

Along side an extensive product range of digital displays for connecting on the Profibus DP are special assembly groups in the product line. It consist of counter assembly groups for counting impulse and gathering up to 8 channels with standard counting transfer on the Profibus DP. The generation of counting impulses occur over a compact 2 channel potential indicator in a closed aluminum housing, which with its robust characteristics is well manufactured for industrial areas.

In addition is a 1 channel potential counter meter for direct connection to the Profibus DP available, which is also in an aluminum housing with a large adjustment knob.

Technology

A simple, user friendly programming of the operating parameters for each digital display allows a trouble free adoption of the display system and panel mount measuring system to the customer specific application. The many possibilities to modify the settings of each display is easy to use due to the menu-driven parameterization, without having to use a special software. We are the manufacturer and supplier of digital displays with many years of experience this allows us to be extremely flexible and efficient during initial operations.

Housing systems and power supplies

All framed displays of this product group are in robust, plastic framed enclosures. Displays are front mounted in a common housing measuring from 48 x 24 mm, 72 x24 mm, 96 x24 mm and 96 x48 mm up till 192 x 96 mm. From the common sizes 48 x 48 mm, 72 x 72 mm, 96 x 96 mm and 144 x 144 mm, square frames are available.

The power supply of all measuring displays with analog inputs, digital panel measure instruments and panel meters are separate from the measuring input switches.

Display technology

Digital displays seen for board installation are standard as numeric or text/numeric LED displays. Also available are transflective and electro mechanic bistable displays. The extremely bright LED display guaranties crisp text, even under direct sunlight on the display. As an alternative to production hall variations which are usually red in color, displays are also available in green, yellow, white and blue with short delivery times.
