用途：强制对流低温培养箱同时装有电热丝加热和压缩机制冷。因此可适应范围很大，一年四季均可保持在恒定温度，因而逐渐普及。该培养箱使用与维修保养类似电热式培养箱. 由于安装有压缩机，因此也要遵守冰箱保养的注意事项，如保持电压稳定，不要过度倾斜，及时清扫散热器上的灰尘等。特点：生化培养箱一般不带控湿和不带杀毒功能。具有双制式冷热控温。一般带玻璃观察窗。
