产品详细内容

适用范围：

1.块状物类：糖果、巧克力、饼干、花生、青豆、开心果、冰糖、糕点、日用品、熟食、酱菜、膨化食品等。
2.颗粒类：结精味精、颗粒状药品、胶囊、种子、化学原料、砂糖、鸡精、瓜子、果仁、农药、肥料、饲料等。
3.粉剂类：调味品、味精、奶粉、葡萄糖、洗衣粉、化学原料、精细白糖、农药、肥料等。
4.液体/酱体类：洗涤剂、黄洒、酱油、米醋、果汁、饮料、番茄酱、花生酱、果酱、辣椒酱、豆瓣酱等。
5.其它可装袋物料。

主要性能特点：

1.给袋式全自动包装机代替了手工包装，为大型企业、中小规模企业实现了包装自动化，提高了各行各业的生产效率，大幅降低了成本。
2.机器的包装范围广泛，可包装液体、酱体、粉剂、颗粒、固体各种物料，只需根据不同的物料选择不同计量充填装置即可。
3.包装袋适应范围广泛，对于多层复合膜制成的预制袋、纸袋均可应用。
4.快速更换包装袋规格，自动给袋装置的宽度可能过调节手柄轻松快捷调整。
5.符合食品加工机械的不卫生标准，机器上和物料或包装袋接触的零部件采用不锈钢或其他符合食品卫生要求的材料加工，保证食品的卫生和安全。
6.机器标配检测装置，可以检测机器在没有包装物或包装袋没有打开的情况下使充填装置不进行充填，热封装置不封口，从而避免浪费包材和原料。
7.包材损耗低，本机使用的是预制好的包装袋，包装袋图案，封口质量好，从而提高了产品档次。
8.变频调速，本机使用变频调速装置，生产中可根据实际需要在一定的范围内随意调节。
9.操作方便，采用*的PLC加POD(触摸屏)电气控制系统，人机界面友好，操作方便。
10.RD8-200可带有两个充填设备及两次热封，用于多种物料的包装。

Information

Applicability:

1. Solid Species: candy, peanut, green bean, pistachio, crystal candy, brown sugar, cookie, cake, daily commodities, cooked food, pickles, puffed food etc.
2. Granule Species: grain, refined monosodlum glutamate, granular drug, capsule, seed, chemistiy condiment, granulated sugar, chicken essence, melon seeds, nuts, pesticide, fertilizer, feed etc.
3. Powder species: milk powder, grape sugar, washing powder, chemistry condiment, refined sugar, pesticide, fertilizer etc.
4. Liquid Species & Thick liquid Species: detergent, millet wine, soy sauce, vinegar, fruit juice, drink, tomato sauce, peanut butter, Jam, chili sauce, bean sauce etc.
5. Materials that can pack in bag.

1. The packaging of machine is In extensive packing material range, only need to set up different supplies and choose different measurement to be filled with the device.
2. The packing bag suits in extensive range, suit for multi-layer compound prefabricatlon bag made by film and paper.
3. Change the specification of the wrapping bag rapidly, the automatic given bag device is width can easy adjust by adjustment of the handles.
4. The spare parts on the machine which touch the product or packing bag adopt stainless steel or other materials which accord with the food hygienic requirements, guarantee hygiene and security of the food.
5.This machine can check there is no packing article or wrapping bag not to open, make sure the filling device and hot sealing device no work(option), this avoid wasting packing materials and raw materials.
