小麦除馀（芒）机 WheatDeburring machine
用 途：小麦、水稻在精选加工前的处理设备，防止筛孔堵塞，提高精选机的除杂效果。
工作原理：通过主轴低速运转的螺旋打杆及筒壁上静止打杆不间断的搅动、摩擦作用，将麦穗或麦壳中的小麦脱壳；将稻穗脱粒或去除稻芒。打杆的角度在0°-30°之间可调，筒内充满程度与摩擦力可调节，根据不同农作物特性，调整打杆角度及筒内摩擦力，可适合不同农作物使用要求，并获得脱壳与除芒效果。
进料口及出料口匀配有除尘管道快速接口，防止灰尘外溢。
螺旋打杆及筒壁匀用耐磨锰钢材质，使用寿命≥10年。

Application: the processing equipment of wheat and grain before cleaning and processing to prevent screen hole from blocking and improve the effect of cleaning machine.
Working principle: through the continuous agitation and friction of the low-speed spiral beater of the main shaft and the static beater on the cylinder wall, the wheat in the wheat ear or wheat husk will be shelled; the rice ear will be threshed or the awn will be removed. The angle of the driving rod can be adjusted between 0 ° - 30 °, and the filling degree and friction force in the cylinder can be adjusted. Inlet and outlet shall be equipped with fast interface of dust removal pipeline to prevent dust overflow.
