主要有转鼓式超声波洗瓶机、百级隧道烘箱、多头跟踪灌装机、多头旋转轧盖机、包装平台、控制系统、输送系统等部分组成，可单机使用也可全自动生产、按GMP要求分区域、级别、连接安装。全自动生产时可完成自动理瓶、淋水、超声波清洗、冲水、冲气、热层流烘干灭菌、冷却、灌装、轧盖计数、包装等二十多个工艺。根据客户要求，可与灯检、贴标机作生产线配套。SD-CTGF-1880型可全程实施PLC控制。

equipment is mainly composed of ultrasonic bottle-washing machine, one-hundred-tunnel oven, and multi-head following filling machine, multi-head circumrotating lid-rolling machine, packing platform, controlling system and transporting system. It can produce automatically alone and install by area, level and connection according to the requirements of GMP. The auto-production can finish more than twenty procedures as the auto-bottle-setting, water-rinsing, gas-rinsing, heat-laminar-flowing drying and sterilization, cooling, pouring filling, rolling accounting and packing. It can form a complete set of produce line with the lamp-checking machine and label-attaching machine according to client’s requirement.

Main characteristics of its function:

· The in-and-out-bottle screw of the washing-bottle machine uses oil nylon as its material, which can protect the bottles from breaking effectively.
· The tunnel oven uses heating pipe with stainless steel, hot-wind cycling and 100-grade high effective filter.
· The filling uses the tacking style, easy to adjust and wash.
· Changing of few parts can meet the production of many specs, and the changing is simple and easy.
· PLC control, and the whole set of machine and a solo machine can be controlled and operated independently.
