- 全自动高位码垛生产线采用模块化设计，根据客户的不同的需求进行模块化配置。
- 包装部分配置全自动 YCM-P 系列包装机。
- 生产线包含高速缝口系统、倒袋输送装置、双层压包输送装置、转位编组输送装置、高位码垛机、自动套膜机、自动托盘库、垛盘输送系统，生产线实际产量可达1200 包 / 小时。
- 根据客户要求配置金属检测系统、重量检测系统，将不合格产品剔除，质量，降低投诉风险。配有自动喷码设备，为客户提供更好的产品辨识追溯，提高产品质量的控制和管理。
- 使用套膜机代替了在线缠绕机，使垛盘更加稳固美观，每小可产量可达 60 垛，提高生产线的产量，使用拉伸膜代替缠绕膜降低了生产成本。
Full-automatic High-level Palletizer Production Line
- The High-level Palletizer Production Line adopts the modulardesign, modular setup can be different according to the differentrequirements of customers.
- YCM-P series of Full-automatic Packaging Machine is equipped inthe packaging part.
- The production line includes High-speed Sewing System, Pushingａnd Convey Mechanism, Double-level Flatting and ConveyMechanism, Transposition Marshalling Mechanism, High LevelPalletizer, Automatic Film Packaging Machine, Automatic PalletStorehouse, and Pallet Convey System. The actual output ofproduction line can be up to 1200 bags/h.
- The Metal Detection System and the Weight Detection System canbe equipped per customers’ requirements to get rid of unqualifiedproducts to ensure product quality.There is Automatic IndustrialInkjet Printer to help customers recognize and retrospect products,this enhance the control and management of products.
- Film Packaging Machine replaces Online Winding Machine,which makes the pallets steadier in order. Film PackagingMachine can film 60 stacks/h, it increases the output ofproduction line. And using stretched film instead of wrappingfilm reduces production costs.
