设备概述：

本机为全密封型，双链悬挂输送，清洗零件进出口在机器两侧，用人工装卸。本机_共有四个清洗槽: 热冲浪槽，超声粗洗槽，超声精洗槽超声漂洗槽，且、第二、第三槽为加热控制温度自控。加热方式: 燕气加热、电加热、通过转换开关任选。吊蓝平移、上升下降运动，通过PLC变频器及接近开关自动实现。

The machine is afull—sealed type.lt adopts double—chain overhead conveyer the washed parts enter and exit from the same window Its unloading with hand.there are four washing channels:hot surfing channel: roughult rasonic washing channel:poecision ultrasonic washing:ultrasonic washing the first, the second and the third channel adopt heating control The temperature is controlled itself. Heating method:vapor heating: electric heating They can be exchanged with a button at will the hori zontal moving lifting of the hanged basket is auto conteolled with PLC conve rter and proximity swutch.
