FSC(快速伺服控制器,fast servo controller)提供高带宽低延迟的PID/PI2D反馈控制,可用于高精度光学腔的线宽压缩和频率锁定。所有回路参数均可通过控制器前面板设置,使用方便。而且有两个并联反馈回路,分别用于控制激光电流(快反馈回路)和压电陶瓷(慢反馈回路),能够精细地控制激光频率,获得更高的锁围。
