FSC（快速伺服控制器，fast servo controller）提供高带宽低延迟的PID/PI2D反馈控制，可用于高精度光学腔的线宽压缩和频率锁定。所有回路参数均可通过控制器前面板设置，使用方便。而且有两个并联反馈回路，分别用于控制激光电流（快反馈回路）和压电陶瓷（慢反馈回路），能够精细地控制激光频率，获得更高的锁围。
