旋转式压片机
主要特点
♦单压式，单面出片。使用IPT冲模，可将颗粒状原料压制成圆形片和各种规格的异形片。
♦有预压和主压两次压片功能，可提高压片质量。
♦采用触摸屏调速装置，操作方便，安全可靠。
♦采用PLC编程器，具有数字化显示功能，如接配有USB口，可实现压片工作状态的数据采集。
♦主传动结构合理，传动稳动性好，使用寿命长。
♦配有机电过载保护装置，当压力过载时，能自动停机。有压力超压保护、紧停装置、强排风散热装置。
♦不锈钢外围罩壳为全封闭形式，凡与药物接触的零件均采用不锈钢材料或经表面处理。
♦压片室四面为透明有机玻璃，且能全部打开，易于内部清理和保养。
♦配强迫加料器或普通加料器。
MAIN FEATURE

♦Equipped with mechanical overload protection device, when the pressure overload, can automatically stop. Pressure overpressure protection, tight stop device, strong exhaust air cooling device.
♦The stainless steel outer cover is completely closed, and all the parts contacting with the medicine are made of stainless steel or surface treatment.
♦The four sides of the pressing chamber are transparent organic glass, and can be opened completely.
♦With forced feeder or common feeder.
