本机器主要由夹瓶带、输送带、二水二气清洗机组组成，它与烘箱、灌装机等单机可组成液体生产自动线，也能单独用于洗瓶之用。玻璃瓶经夹瓶带送进输送带，由夹瓶带夹着瓶子翻转进入清洗系统，用卫生泵增压后注水进行水洗工序，并由针管插入瓶子内腔冲洁净空气，完成水气的清洗工序。本机具有规格更换方便、洗瓶质量好等特点。是综合我公司生产多年的瓶装生产线之经验，结合国内外同类机型优点，并根据客户工艺要求研制而成。适合于玻璃瓶及强度较高塑料瓶的吹气清洗，可根据用户需要，变换小量规格件即可用于不同直径、高度的瓶子。适用于食品、医药、化妆品及化工产品的吹洗。
