DXDF-40II/150II 自动粉剂包装机

一、用途

用途：适用于各行业流动性一般或很差的粉状物料的软袋自动包装机。

如：药粉、花粉、茶粉、面粉、豆粉、奶粉、油茶面、灵芝粉等粉状物体。

二、特点

1. 机体全不锈钢外饰，符合国家对相关行业GMP的认证规范要求。

2. 整机外型美观大方，采用人性化设计，在美观的同时也节省了空间。

3. 通过MC认证（制造计量器具许可证），计量器具制造企业具备生产能力计量器具的能力，所生产的计量器具准确度和可靠性等指标符合法制要求。

4. 通过欧盟     认证，符合有关欧洲指令规定的要求，并用以证实该产品已通过了相应的合格评定程序和/或制造商的合格声明，符合安全要求。

5. 特殊的直镙杆设计，使镙杆直接伸到了横封处的上方，不等物料反扑，便完成了封口过程。使包装袋美观大方，不夹料。 

6. 机头多方向可调整，方便调试、清洁、保养，快换接头保证了镙杆拆卸方便，干净不挂料。

7. 电脑控制。该机采用电脑控制，电脑控制光标定位，保证了性能的稳定，调整方便，zui大误差时3袋内修整到位。电脑控制步进电机通过调整直螺杆的转角来调整下料的质量，这不但保证了下料的准确，而且使操作变的更加容易简便。

8. 采用智能温控表，把封合误差控制在正负2度。

9、转动部分由于采用了进口高温轴承，它与传统的铜轴瓦和油杯相比可降低机器使用中的故障率，提高使用的寿命。  

10. 防尘设施避免物料进入机器的内部，可延长内部结构的使用寿命。

11. 易撕打口装置，便于客户打开包装袋。

12. *的链条齿轮传动系统进行连续式封合,其特点速度快,噪音低,运行平稳.使用寿命长(10年以上),可进行24小时连续运行。侧门的黑圈保证了机器的美观，并且使机器密封更好，使机器外型更简洁。

三、封合形式：可做三边封 或 四边封形式，另有背封机型。

Application:

The machine is designed and manufactured specially for powder and super fine powder products.Driven by servomotor,the auger is rotating to fill products;futhermore,the filling range can be adjusted automatically through computer.The process of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically. Packing material include various kinds of heat-seal laimination,such as PET/plated AL/PE.PET/PE,NYLON…etc.
