螺旋板式换热器的结构特点：
1、热效率高
螺旋板式换热器能使两种热交换流体处于较低的流速下，激起湍流，从而提高传热效率。
2、体积小、占地面积少 
螺旋板式换热器占地面积为列管换热器的30%左右。
3、组装方便
当工艺条件和产量变化时，要增减板片数量或改变板片组装流程通道形式。
4、耗能低
螺旋板式换热器主要由不锈钢或钛合金压制的传热片、密封胶垫、夹紧螺栓和压紧板整机框架等零部件组成。
5、热损失小
螺旋板式换热器由于板片周围边暴露在空气中，不需要采用保温层。

The spiral plate heat exchanger is mainly composed of a heat transfer sheet pressed by stainless steel or titanium alloy, a sealing rubber pad, a clamping bolt and a whole frame of the pressing plate.
5, small heat loss
The spiral plate heat exchanger does not require an insulating layer because the periphery of the plate is exposed to the air.
