◎工作原理 | | |
| 待分离物料由进料管进入高速旋转的离心机转鼓，在离心力场的作用下，均布在转鼓内壁的滤布上，进行过滤分离。分离过程中液相透过固相物料、滤布的缝隙和转鼓壁上的小孔，从底盘的出液管流出；而固相物料则被截留在转鼓壁内。达到分离要求后停机，开启机盖，拔出吊栏锁紧栓，用特制吊具将滤袋吊出机外定点卸料即完成一个工作循环。 | Floating liquid come into drum trough feed tube,centrifugal force field makes solid phase spread evenly on filter net forms a cake.While liquid phase through out from filter net also holes of drum,discharge from shell tangential outlet.When it reaches expected effect,turn down the machine,opens lid,unplugged lift column bolt,use tailored device hangs out filter bag and conveys to fixed place for discharge,then a whole working cycle has been finished. |
