超微粒粉碎机主，由送料机，粉碎机（主机）、风机、旋风分离器及出料机组成，工作时，物料倒入储蓄桶中，通过送料机，把物料送机粉碎机室内中进行粉碎，粉碎了的物料，通过风机吸送到旋风分离器分离，分离出粉粒经出料机进入包装袋内。当风机把磨室中粉碎了的粉粒，吸送到旋风分离器，一部分气体通过排气设备的疏封袋，将空气排出，并使更小的微粒沉积下来落在集粉漏斗里，另一部分气体通过回风管返回粉碎室内。
