结构：
本型干燥箱的外壳由薄钢板成，外表面复漆，外壳与内胆之间用硅酸铝纤维充填，形成可靠的保温层。加热器两组分别装在工作室底部，一组加热器单*个开关管理电源通断，101A型装有鼓风，202B型无鼓风。 使用和注意：
1、本型烘箱应在室内工作，并安装平稳。
2、电源输入应装置的前级通断开关，并接妥良好地线。
3、必须检查电源、电压、电源接线无误后，方可通电使用。
4、在新购使用或搁置较久再用时，应先用低温烘烤80-100℃二小时后再开始升高温度，以利潮气外泄，增强绝缘性能和延长瓷件寿命。
5、仪表控温的热敏元件探头应从左侧线路的测温孔中插入工作室内,不得从箱顶气阀中心孔插入，以免影响使用。
6、本干燥箱初次使用时，应请勤加以观察，避免过热烘坏工件，造成损失。
7、使用如感到热惯稍大时，可关闭一组加热器以降低发热功率，防止惯性过大造成超温。
8、取入烘烤物件：请勿撞击伸入工作室的控温器部份，防止损坏控温器导致失灵。
9、本箱切忌烘烤易爆，易燃及挥发性的物品，以防爆炸。
10、如遇故障，请专业电工检修。
