洗瓶机工作原理：
瓶子装入特制的并盘中，特制瓶盘由瓶盘和盖板组成并由瓶盘的带孔子分隔定位。由人工送入*工位，循环水喷淋注水满江后，下沉至超声波槽进行超声波粗洗；随后瓶盘上升推入第二工位，并口朝下喷淋水冲洗外瓶，把针头插入瓶中（气冲）、一次清洗（注射用水）、二次清洗（注射用水）、三次气冲、甩干、瓶口朝上、自动进入灭菌烘箱。
本机各功能的动作均有PLC程序控制，气源为净化压缩空气，瓶内冲洗用水为注射用水，外壁和超声波初洗用水为循环用水。
