详细介绍：*以来，胶囊充填套装，多采用手工胶囊板，须先逐个将装粉胶囊壳插入孔内，装满药粉后再逐个戴好帽盖，这种方法劳动强度大，效率低，但由于手工胶囊板价格低廉，对于小批量生产的诊所、药店、制剂室、家庭还是适合的。
对于中、大批量生产的单位，有的采用全自动胶囊充填套装，虽然充填套装速度快，但有两个缺点是难以克服的：一是全自动机器对胶囊壳尺寸要求极为严格，不能适用于普通模制胶囊壳。普通模制胶囊壳外径、长短尺寸差异较大，用于全自动机器时，容易出现空孔、漏粉、变形，甚至卡机；如预先筛选胶囊壳，则胶囊壳利用率大大降低，以至一些单位虽花费昂贵代价购买了全自动机器，到后来不得已还得保留原来的生产方式。二是价格昂贵。全自动机器每台起码在10万元以上，甚至高达20多万元，且维修费用大，配件要求严格。因此许多中小型单位只能望机兴叹，不敢问津。
我厂成功解决了这个难题。JCT型胶囊充填机，吸收了全自动机器优点，并尽量减少一些复杂机构，对于成本较大而效果不明显的地方，改为手动。本机价格仅为全自动的10-20分之一，更重要的是，充填速度较快，尺寸差异较大的普通模制胶囊壳也能全部使用。

操作步骤：
1、按下“电源开关”中的绿色按钮，电源接通。
2、缓慢调节“振动强弱调节旋钮”，顺时针方向旋转，此时与“振动支架”联为一体的整理盘开始振动，用手能摸整理盘，凭感觉调整到一定振荡强度。
3、将装粉胶囊壳放入“装粉胶囊壳整理盘”内，每次约放300粒左右。将胶囊帽盖放入“胶囊帽盖整理盘”内，每次约300粒左右。整理盘用有机玻璃板制作。上面钻有
许多上大下小漏斗型的圆孔，圆孔直径与胶囊号码直径相适应。
4、约30秒钟，装粉胶囊和胶囊帽盖即掉入圆孔中，开口朝上。如遇个别开口朝下时，可用胶囊帽盖向下轻轻压套，即可轻松套出。
5、水平手持装粉胶囊壳接板（图中末画出，已随机准备好，接板中有圆孔），在整理盘下部住里轻轻一推，整理盘中的装粉胶囊壳就会往下掉入接板圆孔中，取出接板，同样的方法，用胶囊帽盖接板取出胶囊帽盖。
6、可预先准备一个底面积为500*500mm2，四边高约10mm的药粉方盘，内装药粉，将装粉胶囊壳接板平放在药粉方盘中。将随机配的有机玻璃框罩在装粉胶囊接板上，
用小撮斗铲药粉放入框内，用框边一刮，即可装满药粉，并把多余药粉刮掉。
7、用随机配的胶囊帽盖套装板（图中末画出，套装板上有圆孔），放在胶囊帽盖接板 上，有对位孔，很容易放置。翻转胶囊帽盖接板，使胶囊开口朝下，套在已装好药粉的装粉胶囊壳接板上，也有对位孔，很容易套合。
8、 将已套合的胶囊板放入“胶囊戴帽成型板”下面的空腔中，用手向下扳动“压杆”并到位，无须当心用力过大，因为有定位机构控制下压高度。取出套合胶囊板，倒出胶囊即可。
