电动轧盖机详细介绍：
一、上臂的调整
该机可用于轧5-500ml的瓶子盖，轧不同规格瓶子时，只要把该规格的瓶子放在托盘上，一手托住横臂，另一只手拧松横臂左边的螺母，使横臂下降或上升，直到轧盖头与瓶盖约20毫米位置时，将螺母拧紧，再用随机带的内六角扳手将托环紧靠横臂后把托环锁紧。（注）拧紧时注意轧盖头与瓶盖位置对正。
二、V型支块的调整
将瓶子放入下V型支型内，将支块上的两个螺钉旋松，将瓶子和下V型块一起移动，直到轧盖头与瓶盖位置对正后，将V型块上的两个螺钉拧紧。
三、具体操作方法
1、把灌好液体并装上盖子的瓶子放到下托盘上，靠在V型支块上，一手扶住瓶子，另一手将手柄朝后往下拉紧，这时托盘托着瓶子向上抬起，直到瓶盖与轧盖头压紧。
2、当瓶盖与轧盖头压紧后，不停地旋转的三把轧盖刀头旋转数圈后，将瓶盖轧紧。（注）电机必须顺时针运转。
3、将手柄朝前推，使轧好盖的盖子随着托盘回到原位，整个操作过程完成，以后每轧一个瓶盖时重复以上的操作即可。
四、轧盖头的调整
该机配有多个轧盖头，可根据不同瓶子盖的大小来选择上轧盖头。正式使用前可用瓶子试一下。
1、盖子轧的不紧，可旋开轧盖头锁紧螺母按逆时针方向旋出上轧盖头，然后锁紧上固定螺母。
2、盖子轧的太紧，有旋切瓶盖现象。可旋开上轧盖头锁紧螺母按顺时针方向旋进上轧盖头，然后锁紧上固定螺母。
3、瓶盖下沿收不紧，可根据实际情况适当调小三个轧刀头的偏心度。如收的太紧，有轧碎瓶子现象，可适当调大三个轧刀头的偏心度。
