本机组是我厂在借鉴国内外同类产品的基础上研究开发的新产品，它集多功能提取、真空浓缩与溶剂回收为一体，简化了操作程序。同时由于整个提取浓缩与回收是在封闭的流体中进行。因面避免了“跑”、“冒”、“漏”等现象，药渣可采用电动提升出料，改善工作环境，降低了能耗。机组与物料接触部分全部采用不锈钢制造，符合GMP要求。适用于医院、药厂、食品行业对中草药液、果汁等物质的提取、浓缩以及有机溶媒的回收。

The machine-group is a new generation product on the base of introduction of the advantages of the foreign counterparts,integrating multiple-distillation,vacuum concentration and menstruum recycle,simplifying the operation procedure.Meanwhile the whole distillation,concentration and recycle is finished in the enclosed flow routine,avoiding the leakage energy consumption.The contact part of the concentrator and the material is made with the stainless steel,resistant to corrosion and meeting the standard of the GMP.The machine is suitable is suitable to distill and concentrate liquid of Chinese herbal medicine and syrup and recycle the organic menstruum.
