DGP-SCZ-12全自动上称重式灌装机

本机是新上称重灌装机，自动化程度高，生产能力强，灌装精度高。
1、本机采用可编程控制器（PLC）、触摸屏、称重仪表进行控制，使用调节方便。
2、桶形更换调整方便、快捷。在触摸屏中可进行校秤、灌装参数设定、灌装量调整并具有规格参数记忆功能。
3、光电传感器、接近开关等采用的都是*的传感元件，做到无瓶不灌装，缺瓶堵瓶主机会自动停机报警。
4、灌装头采用双速灌装，具有下潜灌装和真空回吸功能，灌装过程不滴漏。料箱采用液位控制，自动泵供料。
5、整机按GMP标准要求制作，各管路连接采用快装方式，拆卸清洗方便快捷，与物料接触部位、外露部位均采用优质不锈钢制造。整机安全、环保、卫生、美观、能适应各种不同环境的工作。
