设备主要用于金属材料、航空器材及船舶配件等实验室加速模拟海洋气候条件测试，设备内箱由具有耐腐蚀性的纯钛板制作，外箱采用不锈钢板烤漆制作；保温层采用玻璃纤维棉+聚氨酯硬质发泡胶制作，具有耐腐蚀性能和保温性能。设备具有高温、低温、湿热、干燥、盐水喷雾等多个功能，可实现自动循环控制或单一功能控制，操作简单，数据化管理。控制系统采用西门子PLC+西门子温度模块+人机界面制作而成，自主开发控制系统，可实现手机APP远程操作控制、USB接口可连接U盘记录试验室数据，可连接以太网实现多台设备同步控制。
