喷雾干燥机组是一种用离心式或压力式雾化器，将溶液、悬浮液，乳浊液或浆料等料液雾化成细微液滴(表面积显著增大)，经与热风接触得以急速干燥（几秒到几十秒），从而直接得到粉末产品的装置。
as a main product of our company, spraying drying set is a kind of centrifugal or pressurized,which atomizes liquid materials such as solution,suspension,emulsion or paste into timy dr-oplet (surface area increased)and dry them into powder product an once(several to dozens of seconds)by contacying hot air.

工作原理 principle of operation

空气通过加热器转化为热空气，进入装置在干燥室顶部的热风分配器，然后均匀的进入干燥室，同时通过无级调速的螺杆泵将料液送至装置在干燥室顶部的雾化器，使料液雾化成极小的雾化液滴，料液和热空气并流接触，水份迅速蒸发在极短的时间内干燥为成口若悬河，成品经干燥塔底部和旋风分离器排出，废气由风机抽出排空。

air is transfened into hot air by passing through the heater，and goesinto the hotair separator on the top of he dryer，then goes into the drying room evenly.at the same time liquid materials are sent to the centrifugal atomixer on the top of the dryer the the screw pump with stepless speed regulation，and atomized into timy dr-oplet which will contact hot air,then dried into dry product within shortest time. the finished product will be discharged by the whirlwind separator on the bottom of the drying tower and waste air is exhausted by airfan.
