ZP35A ZP35B旋转式压片机

本机是一种双压式自动旋转，连续压片
的机器，将颗粒状原料压制成各种片剂。
它主要用于制药工业的片剂生产，同时适
用于化工、食品、电子等工业部门。

This machine is a double-press type continuous
automatic tablet press for pressing granular
raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in
pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical,
food, electronic industries.

1）外围罩壳为全封闭形式，材料采用
不锈钢，内部台面用不锈钢材料，转台表
面经过特殊处理，能保持表面光泽与防止
交叉污染，符合GMP要求。
2）装有透明玻璃的门窗，能清楚观察
压片的状态，并且能全部打开，易于内部
清理和保养。
3）PLC控制和人机界面触摸屏操控，操作简单方便。
4）采用变频调速装置进行电气调速，
操作方便，转动平稳，安全准确。
5 ）所有的传动装置均布置在机器内
部，保持机件清洁。
6）采用电子式冲模过载保护装置，代替液压系统，避免了油污染。
7 ）配有过载保护装置，当压力过载
时，能自动停机。
8）本机配有安全保护装置，运行时也
能调整与操作。
9）冲模可与ZP19、ZP33等压片机通用。
10）ZP35B是ZP35A的改进型产品增加
了预压, 特别适用于中药片剂。

1）The outside part of the machine is fully-enclosed, The material of the cover and the inside babble face is stainless steel. The turret face is specially disposed keeping the luster of the face and prevent the cross pollution, meeting the G.M.P requirement.
2）It has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly and the window can be opened.
3）PLC control and touch screen man-machine interface control, the operation is simple and convenient.
4）The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable.
5）The speed adjustment of the driver is controlledby the frequency conversion device.
6）Using electronic die overload protection device, instead of the hydraulic system, avoid the oil pollution7）The hydraulic system can assure the stable of thesystem.
8）A overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus,
when overload occurs, the machine stops automatically.
9）This machine also has safety protection device wich can be adjusted and operated when running.
10）The punches and dies are also applicable to
Model ZP19 ZP33.
11）ZP35B is an improved version of ZP35A with addional faction of recompression. Especially suitable forhinese traditional medicine.
