阿法拉伐泵离心泵i-CP2000基于几十年以来积累的专业知识而设计，可满足绝大多数的处理需求，实现高效轻柔的流体输送。该系列离心泵的设计符合zui高卫生标准，通过EHEDG认证，自带橡胶部件均符合FDA要求，并采用的轴密封设计。

与我们系列离心泵一样，也采用蜗壳泵体和计算机设计叶轮，确保高效运行。

Applications
The Alfa Laval LCP pump is a highly efficient and economical
centrifugal pump, which meets the requirements of sanitary and gentle
product treatment and chemical resistance. LCP is available in six
sizes, LCP-10, -20, -25, -35, -40,-50.
Standard design
The LCP pump consists of a standard motor, stub shaft, mechanical
compression coupling, adaptor, back plate, impeller, pump casing and
shaft seal. The LCP pump is designed for CIP with emphasis on large
internal radii and easily cleanable seals. The LCP has a stainless steel
shroud for protection of the motor, and the complete unit is supported
on four adjustable legs.
Shaft seals
The LCP pump is equipped with an external single, flushed or double
mechanical shaft seal. All have stationary seal rings in acid resistant
steel AISI 316L with sealing surfaces in silicon carbide and rotating
seal rings in carbon (optional silicon carbide). Flushed seal is equipped
a secondary lip seal. Double mechanical seal is equipped with a
secondary mechanical seal.
