GMD系列模具除湿机主要应用在塑胶成型中,由于模具使用冷冻水来缩短成型周期而产生的结露问题,特别是PET瓶胚射出适用,结露现象是当模具表面温度低于周围环境空气的露点温度时就会产生水气,而影响产品质量及生产效率,同时会腐蚀模具表面,从而千万环境污染.本机采用蜂巢转轮系统进行除湿作业,确保模具周围始终维持+5℃～-10℃的低露点空气环境,不让模具产生结露现象,也不受季节变化的影响,大幅降低不良率.
GMD series mold dehumidifiers are designed to remove the moisture sweat from condensing on the mold surface,Forming of moisture sweat on the mold sruface is due to the use of chillde water for reducing the molding cycle time,particularly while molding of the PET preforms,TO bring about the moisture sweat on the mold surface is because the mold surface temperature is lower than the dew-point temperature of surrounding air,thus the water vapor comes into being,then causes corrosion of mole and effects quality of molding parts as well as production efficiencies.
