WHVD系列体积式色母混合机，可以对塑料原料的1种主料和1~4种色母料或添加剂按比例自动混配，适用于注塑、挤出或吹塑生产。该系列产品采用混合式步进电机，并配合微电脑控制器，可精确地计量色母及添加比例。此混合机可以与各类成型机信号做连接进而同步运转，保证成型产品性能一致性。
WHVD series volumetric dosers are suitable for auto-proportional mixing of new materials,regrinds, masterbatch or additives, suitable for injection, extrusion or blow molding field. A stepper motor is used in this series, according to the set mixing proportion, the microprocessor accuray controls rotation of the high precise dosing screw to squeeze out materials with an accuracy of ±1%.This doser can connect with various molding machine signals in synchronicity, to ensure the stability of the products.
