PD系列胶带输送机由电动滚筒、改向滚筒、双向螺旋橡胶托辊、防腐输送胶带、张紧装置、机架等装置组成。该机采用钢芯铸胶双向螺旋托辊，因螺旋的作用力使输送胶带始终在机架纵向中心运行，起到自定中心的作用，使胶带不偏跑，促使物料在运行中内聚，不易外扑飞扬。该机托辊与胶带的磨损系数小，对粘湿物不结辊。其机长度及装配形式可根据用户要求确定，传动可用电滚筒，也可用带驱动架的驱动装置。本公司生产的皮带输送机具有输送量大、结构简单、维修方便、部件标准化等优点。

PD series belt conveyor consists of electric drum, reversing drum, two-way spiral rubber roller, anti-corrosion conveying tape, tensioning device, frame and other devices. The machine adopts steel core casting rubber two-way spiral roller. Because of the force of the screw, the conveying tape always runs in the longitudinal center of the frame, which plays the role of self-centering, so that the tape does not run, which makes the material cohesive during operation. The flutter is flying. The roller and the tape of the machine have a small wear coefficient, and the adhesive does not form a roller. The machine length and assembly form can be determined according to user requirements. The drive can be used with an electric roller or a drive device with a drive frame. The belt conveyor produced by our company has the advantages of large conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance and standardization of components.
