概述：该机结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、易操作、噪音低、运转平稳，其的特点是在生产中不研磨物料，集高速剪切、混合、分散、均质于一体。剪切机头采用爪式、双向吸料结构，避免了上部物料难以吸入而造成的死角和漩涡现象，高速旋转的转子产生强劲的剪切力，使剪切率更高，剪切力更强。在转子产生的离心力作用下，将物料从径向甩入定、转子之间狭窄精密的间隙中，同时受到离心挤压、撞击等作用力，使物料得到充分分散、混合、乳化。
注：如在真空状态或带压容器上使用，剪切机电机支座需另行配置相应的机械密封装置。

Note: If it used under a vacuum or pressure vessel,the motor bearings of shearing machine need to be configured with the corresponding mechanical seal (Pictures for reference only.).
