此检测试剂品能快速检测产品中是否含有肉类、禽类等动物   成分,用于定性检测肉类中含有的掺假成分,整个检测过程只

需要5-10分钟左右。

1 .1 . 肉类表面液体组织样本制备

Preparation of liquid tissue samples on the surface of meat

(1）使用拭子在待测样本表面吸取组织液,然后将拭子在提取   液中浸泡10 秒钟,然后上下左右充分搅动混匀 10-20 秒,使样

本尽可能溶解在溶液中。

solution for 10 seconds, and thoroughly stir up, down, left and right for 10-20 seconds to dissolve the sample as

much as possible in the solution.

(2）取出棉拭子,即可取样本液点样。

1 .2 . 肉块组织样本制备

Preparation of tissue samples from meat chunks

(1）使用自备的剪刀, 剪取 0. 1g  (黄豆大小）的肉块, 将肉块加入 到提取液中,浸泡 10 秒, 然后用拭子挤压肉块 5-6 次,上下左右

充分搅拌混匀10-20 秒, 即可取样本液点样。

【使用步骤】

1.测试前先完整阅读说明书,将检测卡和待检样本溶液恢复至室温 15~30气。

2.拆开检测卡铝箱袋包装,并将检测卡置于平整处。

阳性(+):两条紫红色条带出现,表示样本中掺假成分 浓度高于检测限。

阴性(-):检测 T 线无显色,表示样本中不含有掺假成分或其浓度低于检测限。

无效:未出现质控 c 线,表明操作过程不正确或检测卡已失效 此检测试剂可应用于多种动物源性成分组合。

【注意事项】

1 .本试剂仅用于体外检测,试验前请仔细阅读本说明书。

2 .本试剂为一次性使用,请勿重复使用。

3.本试剂必须在有效期内使用。

4.应按说明书操作,切勿混合使用不同批次的检测卡和样品保存液。

5.操作失误或样本量过少都有可能导致检测结果出现偏差。

6.如果检测卡的塑料包装损坏,请不要使用该产品。

7.请勿吸入样本提取液。

8.铝箱袋内的干燥剂不得食用。

9.样本提取液中含有少量防腐剂,可能对皮肤和眼睛造成刺激,

如果该溶液接触到皮肤或眼睛,用大量的水清洗。如发生皮肤

刺激或皮疹,应求医/就诊。操作时应注意做好安全措施。

【储存及有效期】

原包装应储存于 4~30气,阴凉避光干燥处,切勿冷冻;有效期 24 个月。有效期及批号见外包装.
