多功能提取罐适用于中药、食品、化工行业的常压、微压、水煎、温浸、热回流、强制循环渗漏作用，芳香油提取及有机溶媒回收等多种工艺操作，具有效率高、操作方便等优点。可适用于中药提取工艺中的水提取、醇提取、挥发油提取并可回收渣滓中的溶剂。

主罐及辅助设备凡与接触之处，均采用SUS316L或SUS304不锈钢制作加工，符合制药2010版GMP要求，因而能保证药品的质量，且寿命长。

1、由于溶质高速溶出，提取时间短，浓缩与提取同步进行，故药材到浓缩药膏只需7-8小时，设备利用率高。

2、由于浓缩的二次蒸汽作提取的热源，抽入浓缩器的提取液与浓缩同温度，可节约50%以上的蒸汽，热损耗非常少。

3、溶剂投入量减少，提取罐药材只需加一次溶剂，在一套密封设备内循环使用，药渣和药液中的溶剂基本上都能回收出来（损耗率在5%以下），所以溶剂用量少、消耗低，生产成本大幅下降。

4、收膏率比传统工艺可提高10%-15%，药效成分含量成倍提高。因一次性注入的溶剂能实现大回流循环，使药材中溶质浓度和溶剂中溶质浓度始终保持很高的梯度。所以药材中的溶质快速溶出。收膏及有效成份收率均有较明显增加，为药品定性定量鉴定奠定良好基础。

5、一机多用（单独提取、单独浓缩、边提取边浓缩），结构紧凑，操作简便。一套设备一个人便可操作，占地面积小，节省中间贮罐，投资费用低。

6、全套设备均采用SUS304不锈钢制造，全密封管道化生产，既减少了环境污染，符合GMP要求。
