【鉴别M-AMP违禁品尿液试剂纸 自备物品】
1、尿液收集容器：一次性洁净塑料尿杯。
2、计时器：用于检测计时。
【 样本要求】
本试剂条仅供尿样检测。建议使用新鲜尿液，不需任何特殊处理。尿样冷藏于2-8℃可保存2天，冷冻于-20℃可延长保存1-2月时间。冷藏的样品在测试前需平衡到室温，冷冻保存的样品需*溶解，并充分混合后方可检测，否则将可能影响检测结果。
【 试验步骤】
试验前请仔细阅读使用说明书。
测试前将试剂条、样品和标准品复温至室温（25℃左右），在未做好准备前请不要打开包装袋。冷藏保存的试剂条包装袋应提前放至室温后再撕开，以避免试纸条吸潮。
从密封袋中取出试剂条，在试剂条上标记病人或标准品编号。
把试剂条加样端插入尿样中10-15秒，取出平放于平台上。注意在试剂条浸入尿样时液面不能超过样品端的MAX线。每一不同的样品及标准品请使用不同的试剂条。 在滴加样品后3-8分钟读结果，不要在8分钟后判读结果。
【参考范围】本产品对MET的zui低检出量为1000ng/ml，≥1000ng/ml为阳性，＜1000ng/ml为阴性。
