植物抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)Elisa试剂盒实验原理：
本试剂盒采用双位点夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)，测定样品中植物抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的水平。向预先包被植物抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)抗体的酶标孔中加入标准品、待测样本和HRP标记的植物抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)抗体，经过温育和洗涤，去除未结合的组分，然后再加入底物A、B，产生蓝色，并在酸的作用下转化成zui终的黄色。颜色的深浅与样品中植物抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的浓度呈正相关。

用 途：
用于定量检测血清、血浆及相关液体样本中植物抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的含量。
