l Main Features and Functions:

1. The A-shaped roller stand regulates left or right within ±2.5CM for better winding the twill gauze.

2. With drive methods of hauling and pushing reasonably combined together, gauze deformation that is caused by movement over the rollers has been reduced to minimum.

3. With the pneumatic control of crashing knives and Cut-off knives, it is simple and clean to operate. By adopting dovetail grooves to fasten the knives, it is direct and convenient to set the sizes of lateral parting and cutting. With pneumatic compression, the wobble deviation has been nearly eliminated, therefore the service life of cutting spindles and knives have been greatly prolonged.

4. During winding, the tension control device works to make it suitable to cut raw gauze with too many joints and unbalanced tension.

5. With pneumatic compression on the winding rollers, it is free to adjust the tension of raw gauze roll. The pneumatic spindles make it convenient to remove and remount.

6. Frequency converter controls the speed to achieve driving with constant tension and constant linear velocity, precise speed regulating, stable running, and accurate counting.
