Referring to the principle of German made similar equipment; this machine was developed to meet the market demands. The machine is suitable to produce coreless bandage rolls from elastic or non-elastic, woven or non-woven materials of 2, 3 and 4 inches （5cm, 7.5cm and 10cm） wide rolls. With the PLC control mode two step motors for driving system and two sets of electronic speed-adjustment systems, the machines complete automatically the active unwinding of large materials rolls, materials feeding, rolling, length counting, cutting at pre-set length and ejection of products rolls. All the processes are integrated on one machine. The production rate is high. The sizes of final rolls is stable and in good shape.
