牛胚气管细胞EBTr （NBL-4）

牛胚气管细胞EBTr （NBL-4）脂肪细胞在能量储存和代谢过程中有着重要的作用。
脂肪细胞分化是一个发展的过程，它对代谢稳态和营养信号很重要。
它由复杂的过程控制，如基因表达和信号转导。
前脂肪细胞存在于成人脂肪组织中，能根据能量的平衡增殖和分化成熟的脂肪细胞。
前体细胞的增殖和分化能够增加脂肪组织的体积。
在体外培养中，不同的组织来源前脂肪细胞的油脂含量，成脂转录因子表达和TNFalpha诱导的凋亡均有不同。
同时研究表明它还与脂肪分化以及许多生理病理过程密切相关，如脂肪代谢、能量平衡、肥胖、糖尿病、高血脂和乳癌。

牛胚气管细胞EBTr （NBL-4）<7210>人脂肪细胞-内脏提取于内脏脂肪组织，<7200>人脂肪细胞-皮下提取于人皮下脂肪组织，*代冻存，每管含有细胞数>1×106 cells/ml，此细胞通过CD44, CD90免疫荧光染色和脂肪染色验证，经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。
