鱼葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶 (G-6-Pase) Elisa试剂盒操作程序：
1． 弃去液体，甩干，每孔加满稀释后洗涤液，振荡30秒，甩去洗涤液，用吸水纸拍干。如此重复5次，拍干。
2． 每孔先加入显色剂A50μl，再加入显色剂B50μl，轻轻震荡混匀，37℃避光显色15分钟.。
3． 取出酶标板，每孔加终止液50μl，终止反应(此时蓝色立转黄色)。
4．测定：以空白孔调零，在450nm波长下测量各孔的吸光度值(OD值)。 测定应在加终止液后15分钟以内进行。
5．根据标准品的浓度及对应的OD值计算出标准曲线的直线回归方程，再根据样品的OD值在回归方程上计算出对应的样品浓度。也可以使用各种应用软件来计算。应记住由于样品稀释了的，其实际浓度应该乘以总稀释倍数。鱼葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶 (G-6-Pase)
